BLUF: Amazing team and worth it.

So here is a story between three concrete companies whom I wanted business from.

One company scheduled out someone to come out, which I took time off of work to wait for. This person didn’t show up, when I was given a phone number to call the person, that person wasn’t aware of any estimates and wasn’t available. So wasted time.

One company did come out and gave an estimate which was in my price range but I wanted another before agreeing. At the time of estimate I asked for proof in writing about the price which the company agreed. After a few days and communication back and forth for just the paperwork, nothing happened. This company wanted full price up front, which is a little weary on my conscious.

Then here comes Todd’s Concrete Solutions. The rep I talked to was very polite and prompt with everything I asked. The company was able to provide all estimates I wanted and checked in on me during the process. Todd’s wanted 50% upfront and 50% when satisfied upon completion. This made me feel at ease on where my money is going. They only took two days to complete and I was very satisfied. It was extremely hot out and their team stayed professional through the entire job.
